How does it work?
Open Remote Sounds on your iPhone and leave it somewhere sneaky. Then open the app on your Apple Watch and tap a sound. It plays on your iPhone, right away or after a delay you choose.
My Watch says the iPhone isn't reachable.
Make sure Remote Sounds is open on your iPhone, Bluetooth is on, and the iPhone is within range of your Watch. Then try again.
I can't hear anything.
Sounds come out of your iPhone's speaker, so turn the iPhone's volume up. If headphones or a Bluetooth speaker are connected, the sound goes there instead.
Can I cancel a delayed sound?
Yes. While the countdown is running, tap Cancel on your Watch, or press the red Stop button to stop everything.
How do I unlock the flashlight effect?
Buy any sound pack and the flashlight effect unlocks for your sequences.
I bought a sound pack but it's locked.
On your iPhone, go to Settings, then Sound Packs, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
